We focus on quality throughout the production process. So if you are not satisfied with your online Tonic & Cloth purchase, please get in touch as soon as possible so we can make it right!

Please get in touch with us within 7 days of purchase.
We'll refund the amount of your purchase (excluding shipping), or offer an exchange or webstore credit.
The merchandise will need to be in it's original condition, unused, with all labels and tags still attached.
Refunds will be made via the same method you made your payment for the order, once the merchandise has arrived back at Tonic & Cloth.
You will need to pay for return shipping.
For items purchased in person at markets and fairs we will only refund for faulty merchandise. In some circumstances we are happy to discuss store credit.
Custom orders are non refundable, non exchangeable and non returnable.

Shipping FREE on orders over $100 NZD throughout New Zealand.

Orders are processed within 3 business days.

Delivery time - 2-4 working days

Australia $30NZD - Delivery time - 6 -9 working days

Shipping rates are $50 for the rest of the world, and delivery time will vary.
